Loylist

Privacy Policy

Effective 17 July 2026 · Netherlands soft launch

Loylist (“we”, “the app”) is a loyalty card wallet. This policy explains what we do — and don’t do — with information when you use the Loylist mobile app and this website.

Summary

Your loyalty cards are stored on your device. We do not operate a Loylist account system for card data, and we do not host your barcodes on our servers.

What Loylist stores on your phone

This data stays in local storage on your device (and in OS backups you enable, such as Google Backup or iCloud Backup). Loylist does not require you to create an account.

What we do not collect

Permissions

Depending on features you use, the app may ask for:

You can deny these permissions; manual entry and existing cards still work.

Exports, imports, and transfers

If you export a backup, share a file, or use in-app QR transfer, that data leaves the app only because you chose to share it (for example to another phone or a file you control). We do not receive those files on Loylist servers.

This website

Visiting loylist.com may create standard web server or CDN logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) operated by our hosting provider. We use that only to keep the site running and secure — not to build marketing profiles of shoppers’ cards.

Children

Loylist is a general-audience utility. It is not directed at children under 16. Do not store sensitive third-party data you are not entitled to keep.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and the in-app privacy summary when relevant.
